The GYTS team engages the UNESCO representative to Ghana ahead of this year’s summit.

As preparations for this year’s summit gathered momentum, the Ghana Youth Tech Summit team had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Edmond Moukala, UNESCO Representative to Ghana, to explore areas of collaboration that will create greater opportunities for young people across the country.

This engagement reflects our commitment to bringing together institutions that share our vision of empowering the next generation through technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital skills development.

UNESCO has been at the forefront of promoting quality education, innovation, and youth development globally. We are excited about the possibilities this partnership presents as we work towards delivering an even more impactful summit that equips young Ghanaians with the knowledge, networks, and opportunities to thrive in Africa’s digital future.

The 2026 Ghana Youth Tech Summit is shaping up to be our biggest edition yet—and this is only the beginning.
